A BILL
To prohibit oil and
gas drilling in Finger Lakes National Forest in the State of New York.
Be it enacted by the
Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON OIL
AND GAS DRILLING IN FINGER LAKES NATIONAL FOREST IN NEW YORK.
No Federal permit or lease
shall be issued for oil or gas drilling in Finger Lakes National Forest
in the State of New York.
