Act, 2003, to reinstate the requirement that a farm, in order to be certified
as an organic farm with respect to livestock produced on the farm, feed
the livestock with organically produced feed.

A BILL
To amend the Agriculture,
Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations
Act, 2003, to reinstate the requirement that a farm, in order to be certified
as an organic farm with respect to livestock produced on the farm, feed
the livestock with organically produced feed.
Be it enacted by the
Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. USE OF ORGANICALLY
PRODUCED FEED FOR CERTIFICATION AS ORGANIC FARM.
Section 771 of the Agriculture,
Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations
Act, 2003 (division A of the Consolidated Appropriations Resolution, 2003;
Public Law 108-7), is repealed.
