was referred to the Committee on Agriculture, and in addition to the Committee
on International Relations, for a period to be subsequently determined
by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall
within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

To require that funds
made available for fiscal years 2003 and 2004 for the Bill Emerson and
Mickey Leland Hunger Fellowships be administered through the Congressional
Hunger Center.
Be it enacted by the
Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. USE OF CONGRESSIONAL
HUNGER CENTER TO ADMINISTER BILL EMERSON AND MICKEY LELAND HUNGER FELLOWSHIPS.
Funds made available for
fiscal years 2003 and 2004 for the Bill Emerson and Mickey Leland Hunger
Fellowships shall be administered through the Congressional Hunger Center.
