to the Committee on Agriculture
A BILL
To amend the Agricultural
Reconciliation Act of 1993 to make leaf tobacco an eligible commodity for
the Market Access Program.
Be it enacted by the
Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in
Congress assembled, That section 1302(b)(3) of the Agricultural Reconciliation
Act of 1993 (7 U.S.C. 5623 note) is amended by inserting `, other than
leaf tobacco' after `tobacco'.
