To amend the Agricultural Market Transition Act to repeal the Northeast
Interstate Dairy Compact provision.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `Dairy Fairness Act'.
SEC. 2. NORTHEAST INTERSTATE DAIRY COMPACT PROVISION.
Section 147 of the Agricultural Market Transition Act (7 U.S.C. 7256)
is repealed.
