Secretary of Agriculture Dan Glickman will unveil a new proposed rule on labeling organic products this morning, news wires reported.

The organic rule will still be open for comment before being adopted by the government. However, an unprecedented outpouring of negative comments on the Department’s first effort at a labeling rule have apparently prompted changes in the new regulation.
