Highly Erodible Land and Wetlands Conservation

Sec.___.(a) Section 1211(1) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3811) is amended by adding the following:

"(E) crop and revenue insurance under the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1501 et seq) or a risk management payment under the Agricultural Risk Management Act."

(b) Section 1221(b)(3) of the Food Security Act of 1985 is amended by adding the following:

"(4) crop and revenue insurance under the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1501 et seq) or a risk management payment under the Agricultural Risk Management Act."
