USDA will donate about 5,000 metric tons of wheat to the Citizen's Network for Foreign Affairs, Inc., a private voluntary organization, for monetization in Moldova.

CNFA plans to sell the wheat to a private sector miller in Moldova with the proceeds used to fund a credit program for loans to private farmers and farmer groups to buy livestock and small machinery.
